Our Story
Trumpet Outreach for Youth Education was born from the vision of its founder, Mr. Schelvin Robinson. Growing up in the vibrant yet challenging neighborhoods of South Florida, Schelvin experienced firsthand the transformative power of music. Recognizing the lack of accessible music education in these areas, he was inspired to create a program that would use the trumpet not just as an instrument, but as a tool for mentorship and personal growth. Through this initiative, he aims to provide youth with opportunities to express, build confidence, and develop essential life skills, all while fostering a love for music.

The TOYE Trumpet Intensive is a 2-day workshop where students from various backgrounds and age groups come together to learn the art of trumpet playing in small and large group sessions led by a team of experienced educators and performers from across the nation.
